• Moisture meters are used to measure moisture content of items such as plasterboard products including Gyprock™, and wood, fiber, cotton, paper, rubber and sand, making it a multi-purpose test device for construction and building tradespeople - even home owners who want to maintain vigilence on, say, cavity walls witin their property.
• The HLP Controls Moisture Meter is well constructed of ABS high impact plastic and fits comfortably in the palm of your hand. It features a large 3-digit LCD and includes auto ambient temperature compensation to ensure accurate readings.
• Data hold functionality is also included which will aid you when using the device in hard to reach areas (measure, sample and hold the display).
• The 2-prong probe is safely hidden behind a slip-off protective cap that keeps the stainless steel probes away from dirt when not in use. Measuring range is up to 70% with an accuracy of ±1%.
