The Pocket Temp Pro is a Food Grade Stainless Steel Digital Probe Thermometer with a Unique Serial Number, the unit is Waterproof and great for a range of applications. The unit meets all of the HACCP Food Safety Standard requirements. Complete with FSANZ standards Food Safety temperature chart on the pack.
