The Red-i-Temp is a Heavy Duty Food & Medical Grade Stainless Steel Digital Thermometer with an External Probe, on a 1m Cable. The unit is Waterproof and great for a range of applications. The unit meets all of the HACCP Food Safety Standard requirements, and has an audible alarm for temperature breaches.
